How to Use Shower Oil

Step 1: Localized or Full-Body Application

1. Slightly dampen your body with lukewarm water (no need to dry off completely; damp skin is ideal).

2. Take an appropriate amount of shower oil in your palm (approx. 5–8g for an adult's full body; 2–3g for an infant's full body or localized areas).

3. Apply directly and gently over the body—especially on areas affected by eczema, inflammation, dry itching, or broken skin. Gently massage along the skin's texture for 10–15 seconds to allow the restorative ingredients to contact the affected areas.

Step 2: Add Water to Emulsify (The Core Cleansing Step)

1. Wet your hands with a small amount of lukewarm water and smooth it over the applied shower oil.

2. Upon contact with water, the shower oil instantly transforms into a fine, milk-like lotion. This process safely encapsulates and sweeps away sweat and impurities from the skin's surface without damaging the skin barrier.

Step 3: Rinse with Lukewarm Water & Pat Dry

1. Thoroughly rinse away the emulsified lotion using lukewarm water between 36°C–38°C (avoid hot water, as it can aggravate eczema itching).

2. After washing, use a clean, soft towel to pat dry by gently pressing against the skin. Avoid rubbing or pulling back and forth on affected areas. After drying, a lightweight protective shield remains on the skin, leaving it refreshed and non-sticky.

【步驟一：局部/全身塗抹】
1. 將身體先用溫水微微打濕（不需要完全擦乾，肌膚呈微濕狀態即可）。
2. 取適量沐浴油於手心（成人全身約需 5–8g，嬰兒局部或全身約 2–3g）。
3. 直接輕柔塗抹於全身，特別是濕疹發炎、乾癢或抓破皮的患處，順著肌膚紋理輕輕按摩 10–15 秒，修護成分充分接觸患處。
【步驟二：加水乳化（清潔核心）】
1. 手心沾取少量溫水，再次塗抹於剛才的沐浴油上。
2.沐浴油接觸水分後，會瞬間轉化為牛奶般的細緻乳液，這個過程能安全包覆並帶走肌膚表面的汗漬與髒污，同時不傷表皮屏障。
【步驟三：溫水沖洗與按乾】
1. 使用 36°C–38°C 的溫水（切勿使用過熱的水，以免加重濕疹發癢）將乳化後的乳液徹底沖洗乾淨。
2. 洗完後，使用乾淨軟毛巾以*「輕壓按乾」*的方式吸乾水分，切勿來回拉扯或摩擦患處。洗後肌膚會留下一層輕盈薄的保護膜，清爽且完全不黏膩。
