Cationic oil smoothers have excellent conditioning, anti-static, repair damaged hair, leaving hair soft, smooth and flexible, and reduce the skin irritation caused by detergents. Cationic flow agents repair and improve split ends and tangles, forming a clear, non-sticky liquid that provides excellent wet combability, improves the look and feel of damaged hair, and is non-irritating to the eyes. Reduces irritation, helps repair the skin's barrier function, moderates inflammatory skin reactions and is compatible with most surfactants.

Usage: 0.1% - 3%

Solubility: Glycerin, Water

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. Away from direct sunlight or heat.
